Have you ever had a dream that was so intense you could feel someone’s arm around you, hear their voice so clear, you felt they were there beside you, and when you woke up, it was a real shock to find they weren’t and it shook you to the core of your whole being?
I have these dreams; they are intimate, frightening, and above all very disappointing when I discover it was just a dream, to the extent that I would end up crying.
Some say that they provide the answer to your inner most questions, but how do we understand these lucid dreams.

Many dream interpretations say if you dream about birth it means a new beginning but then so does a death dream.
