Elephants and dragons

Cloud shapes, skeletons dancing

Ghost walking, rattling chains

Nightmares screaming, blackness engulfing, day light glaring, moon shadows creeping.

Clocks ticking, times rushing, day dragging, yet we look back and wonder where the year has gone
